    The Protect me necklace

    I ordered this beautiful necklace for my daughter who is now on holiday here. She loves it but there is a small problem. The link at the end of the chain is not closed , therefore the chain does not hold and the necklace opens so she cannot wear it. I shall send you a photo of this. Please suggest what I could do to solve the problem. Otherwise I shall have to return it to you to be fixed and she will have returned to England. I shall send you a photo of the problem.
