WHAT IS AN E-GIFT CARD?

Unsure of what gift to give especially this holiday? Ethnasia E-gift card is perfect for you! Just get'em an Ethnasia e-gift card in any amount of your choosing, and we'll send it to them. (Hint: You can gift one to yourself, too!)

It works just like the regular gift card, however, we will send it via email with a code that your recipient can use to place an order on our website.

HOW TO USE AN E-GIFT CARD?

The Ethnasia E-Gift Card works just like the regular gift card. We will send it via email with a code that you or your recipient can use to place an order on our website. Once you have received the email containing the E-Gift Card code, feel free to enter the code in the space provided upon checkout on the Payment section and click “Apply”.

Afterward, your total amount payable should be deducted based on the amount of the E-Gift Card used. Proceed on completing the checkout process, and voila! Your order is now complete!

REFUND POLICY

All E-gift card purchases made on our website are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once submitted, it is final and we are unable to cancel the order at any time.

ADJUST THE RECIPIENT RECEIVE DATE?

No, we cannot adjust or we do not have the option to modify the receive date. No worries! Once the purchaser receives a copy of the gift card email, they can share the code at any time.

HOW MANY GIFT CARDS CAN WE PERCHASE PER ORDER?

Multiple E-Gift cards can be purchased simultaneously but before adding it to your cart, be sure to choose either to send it to yourself or to a different person.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track your Ethnasia package. Still can’t find it? You can check your order status by logging into your ethnasia.com account.

If none of those options work, please contact us at info@ethnasia.com. We’ll need your ship-to name, the email address you used to place the order and your order number. Once we have that info, we’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.

TRACKING STATUS

If your tracking information hasn’t been updated for 2-3 days, don’t worry -- that’s totally normal! Occasionally there will be delays in shipping, so you might not see an update on your tracking for a few more days. If your package hasn’t moved in 7 days, contact us and we can help locate your package!

MISSING PACKAGE

With the increase of online shopping all mail carriers are shipping at rates over capacity. We ask that you be patient and partner with us as we try to track down your missing package.

Disclaimer: Ethnasia Jewelry is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking confirms the package as “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor Ethnasia Jewelry is liable. All of our packages are scanned throughout the shipping process. Your package is scanned in at your mailbox before it is delivered.

It is more than likely the postman accidentally dropped it off at a neighbors. Please be sure to check with your neighbors and local postman for mis-delivered packages. Please allow 48 hours for a potential redelivery.Please immediately file a lost claim on the carriers website. Once you file a lost claim please reach out to our customer service team to go over options. We work with you to get you your lost package.If you have had issues with theft in the past. HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During the holidays, *everyone* online shops. Which means mail carriers get backed up and packages can, unfortunately, get delayed. If you don’t want to risk a late delivery or need your package ASAP, we’ve created a few more shipping options for you. That way we can ensure you get your package when you need it!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We know you want your new Ethnasia jewelry ASAP (can’t blame you), so we typically ship orders within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. We processes orders 7 days a week, but they can only go out Monday through Friday for shipment. Standard shipping time is 6-8 business days, and this does not include the warehouse processing times mentioned above. For more specific information have a look at the Delivery Information below.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All Ethnasia packages are shipped from Didimoticho, Greece and delivery times will vary based on your proximity to Greece. Typical shipping windows can be found at DELIVERY INFORMATION section.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please notify us immediately if the wrong address was inputted during checkout so we can update it before shipping.

If the item is already shipped then we are not liable for lost package or delivered packages. We recommend immediately calling courier company to change the delivery address. We cannot do this for you. Only the recipient on the package can call and change the delivery address.

We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. It is up to the client to give correct information. No exceptions. All returned "Invalid Address" packages will be charged a 4 euro restocking fee.

PARCEL NOT DELIVERED

If the item is not delivered and shipped back then we are not liable for lost package or undelivered packages. We recommend immediately calling courier company for arrange a redelivery. We cannot do this for you. Only the recipient on the package can call and ask for arrange a redelivery.

We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. It is up to the client to arrange for the delivery and the parcel not to return back. No exceptions. All returned packages will be charged a 4 euro restocking fee.

PRODUCT ISSUES

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

No worries! To get a replacement, send us an email and send us your name, shipping address, order number (if available) and a picture of your damaged item.

Four exceptions:

1. We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.

2. If a macrame has been altered in any way (i.e. if you cut, shortened, or re-burned the strings or edges), we can’t replace the item.

3. Pewter jewelry are fragile by nature and should be worn with care. We are not liable for broken pewter jewelry.

4. We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.

WRONG/MISSING ITEM(S)

Sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, send us an email and provide us with your name, order number and the item(s) you’re missing or received by accident. We’ll handle the issue ASAP!

JEWELRY CARE

We want to make sure your jewelry stay as pretty as they were when you first put them on. Follow these care tips to keep your jewelry nice and shiny!

1. AVOID THESE. Love smell-good stuff? So do we! But it’s best to avoid lotions and perfumes when wearing your jewelry.

2. SAFE STORAGE. When you aren’t wearing your Ethnasia pieces (which, let’s be honest, isn’t often), store them separately in small jewelry pouches.

3. PRETTY & POLISHED. Keep your pieces pretty by gently polishing them with a soft, dry cloth whenever they’re looking a little dull.

4. HECK NO H20. Sorry, no swimming or exercising when wearing plated jewelry! Water is just fine for your originals, but too much H2O can cause damage to your metal pieces.

5. KEEP CLEAR OF METALS. Want to stack your rings and bracelets? Just be careful that your plated pieces don’t rub against each other too often. (And while you’re at it, watch out for keys in your pocket or purse—they can wear away the metal if they come into contact with your jewelry.)

WATERPROOF

All of our thread jewelry are coated in wax, which means they’re 100% waterproof! Go surf, snowboard, or even take a shower with them on! Wearing your jewelry every day only enhances their natural look and feel.

Just a heads up: Jewelry with charms and beads on them may tarnish when they come in contact with water. We always recommend removing any jewelry with silver plated brass on them before getting them wet. This will help to maintain their color and shine!

ABOUT METALS

Everyone has different sensitivities to metals depending on their body’s chemistry. Literally, everyone is different.

We list the type of metal and plating on every product page. If you are sensitive to metals we do not recommend plated jewelry. It is up to you to know if you have an allergy to base metals or brass.

Not all types of jewelry are meant to be worn everyday, therefore jewelry can tarnish with wear.Plated jewelry should only be worn on occasion. We never recommend wearing jewelry in the shower, working out, washing your hands, sleeping or depending on the metal, on a daily basis.

If you are looking to wear your jewelry everyday we recommend solid sterling silver, stainless steel or thread jewelry. We are not liable for plated jewelry tarnishing after extended wear.

COLOR VARIANTS

We do our best to display the colors and images of our jewelry accurately on the website. However, we can’t guarantee that your computer monitors display will be accurate and depict the same colors.

Please also keep in mind that all of our bracelets are handmade, which means thread color can slightly vary from spindle to spindle and stone jewelry, like turquoise, can vary in color from stone to stone. This makes each piece of jewelry unique to you!

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

We accept returns for a refund or store credit within 15 days starts once you physically receive the product. The costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the purchaser. You have to include the receipt inside the parcel. Items can be returned to the following address:

Only the purchase price of a returned item will be refunded. Any duty or taxes that have been paid, as well as the original shipping charges, will not be refunded.

It works just like the regular gift card, however, we will send it via email with a code that your recipient can use to place an order on our website.

HOW TO USE AN E-GIFT CARD?

The Ethnasia E-Gift Card works just like the regular gift card. We will send it via email with a code that you or your recipient can use to place an order on our website. Once you have received the email containing the E-Gift Card code, feel free to enter the code in the space provided upon checkout on the Payment section and click “Apply”.

Afterward, your total amount payable should be deducted based on the amount of the E-Gift Card used. Proceed on completing the checkout process, and voila! Your order is now complete!

REFUND POLICY

All E-gift card purchases made on our website are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once submitted, it is final and we are unable to cancel the order at any time.

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track your Ethnasia package. Still can’t find it? You can check your order status by logging into your ethnasia.com account.

If none of those options work, please contact us at info@ethnasia.com. We’ll need your ship-to name, the email address you used to place the order and your order number. Once we have that info, we’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.

TRACKING STATUS

If your tracking information hasn’t been updated for 2-3 days, don’t worry -- that’s totally normal! Occasionally there will be delays in shipping, so you might not see an update on your tracking for a few more days. If your package hasn’t moved in 7 days, contact us and we can help locate your package!

MISSING PACKAGE

With the increase of online shopping all mail carriers are shipping at rates over capacity. We ask that you be patient and partner with us as we try to track down your missing package.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During the holidays, *everyone* online shops. Which means mail carriers get backed up and packages can, unfortunately, get delayed. If you don’t want to risk a late delivery or need your package ASAP, we’ve created a few more shipping options for you. That way we can ensure you get your package when you need it!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We know you want your new Ethnasia jewelry ASAP (can’t blame you), so we typically ship orders within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. We processes orders 7 days a week, but they can only go out Monday through Friday for shipment. Standard shipping time is 6-8 business days, and this does not include the warehouse processing times mentioned above. For more specific information have a look at the Delivery Information below.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All Ethnasia packages are shipped from Didimoticho, Greece and delivery times will vary based on your proximity to Greece. Typical shipping windows can be found at DELIVERY INFORMATION section.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please notify us immediately if the wrong address was inputted during checkout so we can update it before shipping.

If the item is already shipped then we are not liable for lost package or delivered packages. We recommend immediately calling courier company to change the delivery address. We cannot do this for you. Only the recipient on the package can call and change the delivery address.

We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. It is up to the client to give correct information. No exceptions. All returned "Invalid Address" packages will be charged a 4 euro restocking fee.

PARCEL NOT DELIVERED

If the item is not delivered and shipped back then we are not liable for lost package or undelivered packages. We recommend immediately calling courier company for arrange a redelivery. We cannot do this for you. Only the recipient on the package can call and ask for arrange a redelivery.

We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. It is up to the client to arrange for the delivery and the parcel not to return back. No exceptions. All returned packages will be charged a 4 euro restocking fee.

PRODUCT ISSUES

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

No worries! To get a replacement, send us an email and send us your name, shipping address, order number (if available) and a picture of your damaged item.

Four exceptions:

1. We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.

2. If a macrame has been altered in any way (i.e. if you cut, shortened, or re-burned the strings or edges), we can’t replace the item.

3. Pewter jewelry are fragile by nature and should be worn with care. We are not liable for broken pewter jewelry.

4. We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.

WRONG/MISSING ITEM(S)

Sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, send us an email and provide us with your name, order number and the item(s) you’re missing or received by accident. We’ll handle the issue ASAP!

JEWELRY CARE

We want to make sure your jewelry stay as pretty as they were when you first put them on. Follow these care tips to keep your jewelry nice and shiny!

1. AVOID THESE. Love smell-good stuff? So do we! But it’s best to avoid lotions and perfumes when wearing your jewelry.

2. SAFE STORAGE. When you aren’t wearing your Ethnasia pieces (which, let’s be honest, isn’t often), store them separately in small jewelry pouches.

3. PRETTY & POLISHED. Keep your pieces pretty by gently polishing them with a soft, dry cloth whenever they’re looking a little dull.

4. HECK NO H20. Sorry, no swimming or exercising when wearing plated jewelry! Water is just fine for your originals, but too much H2O can cause damage to your metal pieces.

5. KEEP CLEAR OF METALS. Want to stack your rings and bracelets? Just be careful that your plated pieces don’t rub against each other too often. (And while you’re at it, watch out for keys in your pocket or purse—they can wear away the metal if they come into contact with your jewelry.)

WATERPROOF

All of our thread jewelry are coated in wax, which means they’re 100% waterproof! Go surf, snowboard, or even take a shower with them on! Wearing your jewelry every day only enhances their natural look and feel.

Just a heads up: Jewelry with charms and beads on them may tarnish when they come in contact with water. We always recommend removing any jewelry with silver plated brass on them before getting them wet. This will help to maintain their color and shine!

ABOUT METALS

Everyone has different sensitivities to metals depending on their body’s chemistry. Literally, everyone is different.

We list the type of metal and plating on every product page. If you are sensitive to metals we do not recommend plated jewelry. It is up to you to know if you have an allergy to base metals or brass.

Not all types of jewelry are meant to be worn everyday, therefore jewelry can tarnish with wear.Plated jewelry should only be worn on occasion. We never recommend wearing jewelry in the shower, working out, washing your hands, sleeping or depending on the metal, on a daily basis.

If you are looking to wear your jewelry everyday we recommend solid sterling silver, stainless steel or thread jewelry. We are not liable for plated jewelry tarnishing after extended wear.

COLOR VARIANTS

We do our best to display the colors and images of our jewelry accurately on the website. However, we can’t guarantee that your computer monitors display will be accurate and depict the same colors.

Please also keep in mind that all of our bracelets are handmade, which means thread color can slightly vary from spindle to spindle and stone jewelry, like turquoise, can vary in color from stone to stone. This makes each piece of jewelry unique to you!

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

We accept returns for a refund or store credit within 15 days starts once you physically receive the product. The costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the purchaser. You have to include the receipt inside the parcel. Items can be returned to the following address:
