🌍 Do you ship worldwide?

YAbsolutely! We ship worldwide with love. 🌍

Most of our customers receive their orders within 5-15 business days (excluding weekends), depending a little on where you’re located.

We offer both standard and express shipping options for every country.

And the best part? Shipping is FREE on all orders over €45!

⏰ How long does shipping take?

Processing & Duration:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping time: 5-15 business days (location-dependent)

Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

⏳ My order is taking longer than expected. When will it arrive?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any delays with the carrier. If your order has already been scanned in your country, it’s with your local delivery service and should be delivered soon! Keep an eye on your tracking link for updates. If not, it may still be in transit or awaiting its first scan by your local carrier. International shipments can sometimes take a little longer to update, so don’t worry if there’s a brief delay in tracking!

🚚 My order was shipped a while ago, but there's no tracking update.

Normally, the first scan happens once the package arrives at the hub of the courier company, which can take a few business days. If you don’t see an update in the tracking within 4 business days after shipping, feel free to reach out, and we’ll check with the carrier for you!

📍 My tracking says “delivered,” but I haven’t received my package.

Oh no! Please check with neighbors, building staff, or anyone in your household who might have accepted the package. If you still can’t find it, let us know, and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier!

📦 Can I modify my order after it's placed?

We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible! If you need to make changes, please email us at info@ethnasia.com right away. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of accommodating your request. We're here to help!

📬 What if my package is lost in transit?

If your tracking hasn’t shown any movement for more than 7 business days, feel free to reach out to us at info@ethnasia.com.

We’ll be happy to look into it and do our best to either locate your package or send a replacement if needed. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Returns & Refunds

🌍 How do I return an order?

We’re happy to accept returns! Just follow email us at info@ethnasia.com with your order number and the reason for your return to get started. Ship the item to the following address:

  • Include a note inside the package with your order number, so we can match it to your return.
  • Once your return arrives, we’ll contact you to confirm and proceed with your refund or store credit.

Please keep in mind:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the day you physically receive your order.
  • Tracked shipping is highly recommended. Returns sent without tracking are at your own risk—we can’t be responsible for lost packages.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered.
  • You must include the receipt in your return package.
  • Only the product cost will be refunded. Any shipping fees, duties, or taxes paid are non-refundable.
📦 I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Oh no! Email us at info@ethnasia.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll ship the correct product ASAP!

💥 My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

Oh no! Contact us immediately if you receive a defective item and send us a photo to info@ethnasia.com. We’ll arrange a replacement.

💰 When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will contact you ASAP and process the refund. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

✨ Does your jewelry tarnish?

We use a variety of high-quality materials to create our pieces—each chosen for its beauty, durability, and comfort.

  • Stainless steel, 925 silver, macramĂŠ, brass, and beaded designs are all highly resistant to tarnishing and perfect for everyday wear.
  • Stainless steel, 925 silver, and macramĂŠ jewelry are waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and won’t rust or turn green. They’re also hypoallergenic, making them a great choice for sensitive skin.
  • Gold-plated and silver-plated pieces have a base metal (usually brass) coated with a thin layer of precious metal. While they don’t tarnish easily, they do require a little extra care—avoid water, perfume, and harsh chemicals to keep them looking beautiful. You can find tips in our Jewellery Care guide.

How do I keep my jewelry looking fabulous?

We want your Ethnasia pieces to shine bright—just like the day you got them! 💫 Here are a few fun & easy tips to help your jewelry stay happy and sparkly:

  1. Smells good, feels bad!
We love perfumes and lotions too—but your jewelry doesn’t! Try to apply all your good-smelling stuff before you accessorize.
  2. Give them their beauty sleep.
Not wearing your jewels (rare, we know)? Store them separately in little pouches so they don’t bump into each other and scratch.
  3. Shine bright like... Ethnasia!
When your pieces look a bit dull, just give them a gentle polish with a soft, dry cloth. It’s like a mini spa day for your jewelry.
  4. Water? Only for the waterproofs!
Feel free to splash around with our stainless steel and macramé designs—but keep plated jewelry away from pools, showers, and sweaty gym sessions. They like to stay dry!
  5. Be nice to your metals.
Stacking is cute, but friction isn’t! Avoid rubbing your plated pieces against other metals (or your keys!) to keep them looking lovely longer.

🎁 Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in multiple amount. Kindly find them here. They’re delivered via email and can be applied at checkout.

🛒 Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be used per order. During special sitewide promotions, discount codes are temporarily disabled since the sale is already applied to all products.

🎁 Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Every piece of jewelry already comes in our cute signature packaging ✨. If you’d like to make it extra special, you can also add one (or more) gift boxes to your order. 🎁

📧 I didn’t get an order confirmation email.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s missing, email us at info@ethnasia.com—we’ll resend it and confirm your order status.
