    Sadly it's broke

    I think it's a very nice necklace, but unfortunately it arrived in error, it's cracked and a piece is missing, so far this hasn't happened to any of the jewelry I've ordered. I don't know if it could be the travel or faulty packaging because the other similar stone necklace is in excellent condition.In this case, what are the options, maybe I will get another excellent condition, or a refund? I would like to ask the seller for help.
